Trump has been IMPEACHED by the House of Representatives, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is currently holding the Articles of Impeachment instead of passing them on the the Senate, because Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, aka Moscow Mitch the Grim Reaper, has vowed he will not hold an impartial impeachment trial. Pelosi has stated she will not move forward until she has agreement on the Rules of Impeachment.

My name is { name}. I am a United States citizen from { state}. (I am not a Russian bot.) I am writing to you because I am deeply concerned about THE SENATE HOLDING A FAIR AND IMPARTIAL IMPEACHMENT TRIAL. I urge you to:
- Cooperate with House Leadership to set fair, impartial RULES for the IMPEACHMENT TRIAL
- Provide appropriate RECORDS and WITNESSES, including those that were blocked by the White House in the House Impeachment Hearing.
Regarding witnesses, Joseph Biden and his son are neither legally justified nor appropriate witnesses. The notion of calling them to testify in Trump’s impeachment trial is a Republican scam designed to turn the impeachment trial into a trickster’s political hack smear campaign against a political rival. Trump was impeached for using the American People’s money to bribe Ukraine into doing his personal political work. Now the Senate proposes—through a sham impeachment trial—to do the very same unconstitutional, un-American, treasonous personal dirty work for which Trump was impeached. Do not call either of the Bidens as a witness.
Furthermore, Trump stated in a recent Fox interview that he would like to see the anonymous whistleblower at the center of the House impeachment inquiry testify in the Senate. The whistleblower is also not an appropriate witness. In fact, Trump’s illegal outing of the whistleblower on Twitter was unethical, immoral, and anti-democratic, and should probably result in another article of impeachment.
Trump has been colluding with Republican senators about the impeachment trial. This is an egregious breach of legal protocol. “On Thursday, according to congressional aides, the White House hosted a group of GOP senators, including Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Mike Lee of Utah, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Ted Cruz of Texas, Tom Cotton of Arkansas and John Kennedy of Louisiana. An aide confirmed that Cipollone, acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney, Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner, and White House counselor Kellyanne Conway also attended the meeting. The Thursday morning meeting was followed by a lunch with Trump and another group of Republican senators, including Mitt Romney of Utah, Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia, Susan Collins of Maine, Rand Paul of Kentucky and James Lankford of Oklahoma.”
Americans know what trials look like. We know that in the United States of America, the defendant does not invite the judge and jury to his house to tell them how to run his trial. This is how Putin and other oligarchs and dictators operate, but not the president of any democratic country—much less the President of the United States of America.
The American People demand that our Senators put aside their partisan politics and hold a fair, impartial, ethical, legally uncompromised impeachment trial, with appropriate documents and witnesses, including those that were duly called but blocked by the White House during the House hearing.
Senator, your vote to allow biased, Trump tool Brett Kavanaugh’s appointment to the Supreme Court put women’s control of their own health care decisions in extreme jeopardy. Among many other negative consequences, the Kavanaugh appointment set back the rights and quality of life for American women and girls for generations.
Trump is not a Republican. He is an insane un-American megalomaniac traitor under Putin’s control. A commie pinko puppet. A budding Hitler. Trump is a bigoted sexist, racist abusive thug, completely unqualified to hold the office, and Kavanaugh and Moscow Mitch the Grimm Reaper are his yes creatures.
You are no doubt enjoying your premier free government health care and you tax break at the expense of We the People; and your stocks may be soaring, but the American People are suffering, sick, impoverished, and torn apart by Trump-fuelled violence and hatred. And the sacred, irreplaceable environmental treasures of our land are being rapaciously despoiled under the Trump regime. I believe that Republicans who follow Trump are either on the take—are being manipulated by Trump for personal gain—or have succumbed out of fear to his psychological control.
Surely you have more integrity than to cower under that monster’s control. You have a chance to redeem yourself, Senator—before the People, before History, before your great grandchildren, before your Creator. It’s almost too late; this may be your last chance. Stand up for an honorable, fair, and impartial impeachment trial, for the sake of our future, and for the well-being of all who live upon this beautiful, sacred Earth.
